All products can be ordered on www.touchskindeep.com and paid via bank transfer or PayPal. All products except for the digital postcards will be delivered at your door.
In the case of digital postcards orders will be delivered via email in .tiff format, in the requested size.
CUSTOM MADE AND SPECIAL ORDERS
For custom made items access the Customized section where you can send your own text. The chosen item will be then printed with your requested text. Color combinations for garments are black text + one color. For products in this category please allow five extra days for delivery. For other details, check the TIMING and DELIVERY sections below. Up to 10 extra Euros will be added to the original price.

Sterling Silver – 1 to 10 letters – 80 eur; 11 to 20 letters – 110 eur
Gold Plated Sterling Silver – 1 to 10 letters – 80 eur; 11 to 20 letters – 110 eur
14k Gold – 1 to 10 letters – 110 eur to 250 eur; 11 to 20 letters – 250 eur to 500 eur
All prices are set in Euro currency and do not include delivery costs.
All of our items are available on stock and can be delivered right away, except for the weekends and the National Holidays.
The custom-made items need up to 10 workdays to be produced. Please allow 2-7 more for delivery in Europe and up to 12 in the rest of the World.
The package will arrive at your door.
It takes less than 48h for the package to arrive at your door. You will be texted and called by FAN Courier on arrival day. If unavailable, you will be notified to pick up the package yourself from the Post Office.
DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
Skin Deep is shipping worldwide with Express Mail Service, and locally with DPD Courier in Romania.

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne by you.

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. For domestic and international orders, you can track your package at DPD. Once your order has shipped from our store, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package: DPD.

Products can be returned within 30 days after delivery.
We support the return shipping costs in Romania only if the shipping is a result of a SkinDeep error. For all other countries and situations, the return cost is supported by the customer.
It’s wise and we recommend customers to keep the return shipping proof until all transactions are completed.
Refund will be taken into cosideration only if the products are tagged and properly labeled.
Please return the products in their original packaging.
In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), Skindeep has the exclusive and unilateral right to decide a partial refund accordingly. In the case of a valid return, your account will be credited within 15 days from the receiving of the returned products, or we can exchange the product after your confirmation.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the case that DPD is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, SkinDeep is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, SkinDeep is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery
